This position involves operating a passenger van to provide transportation for clients.
Working hours will be Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm
* Posses a valid Georgia Driver's License
* Have an impeccable driving record
(must provide MVR report)
* Be free of any condition that would prohibit lifting at least 40 pounds
* previous operation of a transit or service vehicle is preferred, but not required.

Accountability Court Coordinator
Under direction from the Judges of the Tift County State & Superior Courts and the supervision of the Circuit Court Administrator, the Accountability Court Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Accountability Court. The Coordinator will at a minimum: develop policy, implement programs, monitor fiscal expenditures, seek grant opportunities, prepare reports, conduct fiscal analysis, coordinate with treatment providers and other governmental agencies, ensure compliance with laws and perform various other duties as assigned by the Presiding Judge.
The preferred candidate will:
*Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Court Administration, Criminal Justice or Psychology; All others will be considered.
*Have professional level experience in public sector program management, specifically budget administration
*Possess knowledge of the criminal and/or substance abuse treatment environments
*Have extensive familiarity with HIPAA and Federal Confidentiality Rule 42 CFR regulations
*Possess knowledge of program evaluation and data analysis, with demonstrated ability to exercise logic, sound judgment and advocacy
*Possess excellent oral communication, written communication and presentation skills
